My name is FRANCIS UMENDU ODUPUTE, a versatile studio artist, and an international award-winning journalist from Nigeria. I received my tertiary education/ professional trainings (B.A degrees in Painting, and MFA in Painting, from the University of Benin (UNIBEN), Benin City; and (post graduate diploma in journalism, from the International Institute of journalism (IIJ), Abuja.

I am the founder and CEO of African Press Cartoon services; I curate the ‘CARTOON AFRICA INTERNATIONAL BIENNIAL (CAIB) FESTIVAL: http://www.cartoonafricainternational.com – a certified United Nations SDG Action Partner project. I am founder of the FRANCODUS ART FOUNDATION (FAF), an art and cultural organization; I am the President of the Beautiful Feet International ministry,- a faith-based development organization; and I am the chairman, WASH Journalists Network Nigeria, Edo State chapter; etc.
